The Game

AI Dungeon Master is a multiplayer role-playing game where the Dungeon Master is an AI that runs the whole table, live. Up to five friends join from their browsers. You talk in character, plan, argue, sneak, bargain and fight, and the Dungeon Master answers every turn with vivid narration, honest dice and a world that pushes back.

No prep, no scheduling around the one friend who always has to run the game. Pick a ready-made adventure or bring your own world and rules, and play by typing or simply by speaking. Every session picks up exactly where the last one ended.

The headline feature

A Dungeon Master who never forgets

Our Dungeon Master has a multi-year, long-term memory that spans every session and every campaign you play. It keeps the full story, not a summary that fades: the promises you made, the villain you spared, the shopkeeper you swindled, the oath your paladin swore in session two.

Ask it what happened in the Sunken Abbey three campaigns ago and it will check its records rather than make something up. Old friends return. Old grudges come due. Your choices echo for years.

  • Campaign I · Session 4You spared Grubnak, the goblin chieftain, and took his iron key.
  • Campaign I · Session 19Mira the innkeeper is still owed 40 gold. She has not forgotten.
  • Campaign III · Year 2A goblin warband rides out to meet you. At its head: Grubnak's daughter, wearing the other half of that key.

The Table

Five heroes, one Dungeon Master

Bring a party of up to five players. The Dungeon Master runs the scene for everyone at once, keeps turn order when it matters, and notices the quiet player in the corner.

Any world you can imagine

High fantasy, deep-space science fiction, gothic horror, modern mystery, superheroes, history. The game isn't locked to one genre, so neither are you.

Fight, sneak, solve, schmooze

Combat, investigation, puzzles, exploration and tense negotiations each get the treatment they deserve. Out-of-character table talk stays out of the story.

Roll up and play in minutes

Name your hero, choose Fighter, Wizard or Rogue, and drop straight into a ready-to-play adventure. No homework required.

The Dungeon Master

Your choices, real consequences

No railroads. Talk your way past the guards, flood the mine, or befriend the dragon. Clever plans pay off, failure is possible, and the story branches wherever you push it.

Characters who live and remember

Every innkeeper, rival and queen has their own motives, secrets and way of speaking. Insult a baron and he'll remember it; save his son and he may forgive you.

Secrets and whispers

Message the whole party, a single friend, or the Dungeon Master in private. Your rogue's secret stays secret, though the rest of the party may notice what happens next.

A Dungeon Master to suit your table

Grim and strict, or warm and theatrical? Choose its personality, tone and pacing. It asks when your intent is unclear instead of guessing, and warns you before you start a fight by accident.

The Jester at the table

Waiting for your turn? An optional court jester fills the pause with banter, random tavern gossip and gleeful reminders of that time your bard fell down the well.

The Tools of the Trade

Honest dice, every roll

d4 to d20 and percentile, always one click away. Every roll is made and recorded by the game itself, so the AI narrates your natural 20 but can never fudge it.

Bring your own world and rules

Upload your homebrew setting, from its maps, factions and gods to its secrets, along with your favourite ruleset and house rules. The Dungeon Master learns them and plays by them.

Living art and maps

Scene art paints the room you just kicked your way into, and a live map reveals itself as you explore. Your inventory, gear and character sheet stay at your fingertips.

Just say it

Type your turn, or hold to talk and watch it appear. Coming too: full voice tables where the whole party speaks and the Dungeon Master answers aloud, with distinct voices for its characters.

Save points that branch

Mark a checkpoint before the big gamble. If it all goes wrong, rewind and take the other path. The road not taken is kept on record.
